What happens next?

Your subscription has been sent to our activation team who will start the process of setting up your account.  This can take anywhere from 15 minutes to 12 hours, depending on the network load.  Once activation is completed, you will receive another email notifying you that your account is ready.

Activation is usually instant, but can take up to 12 hours to complete.  Once your device is activated, you will receive an email letting you know that you can now log into your account.  Your username/password will NOT work until your account has been activated.

Yes you can.  The red LED should start to blink indicating that the unit has power. After your activation is complete, you may need to take your tracker on a drive with you to complete activation.  If you don’t see your correct location on the map, then you can go for a drive or remove and re-install the batteries.
