If you plan on operating your Oyster2 or Oyster3 in an extremely cold environment, then we recommend using LTC batteries.  These batteries are specifically designed to operate in extreme temperatures.  This package contains 3 batteries.

The ER14505M is a non rechargeable lithium thionyl chloride spiral (Li-SOCl2) AA battery with raised positive and flat negative terminals. This battery features high voltage response, high minimum voltage during pulsing, excellent low temperature performance, non flammable electrolyte, built-in safety vent, stainless steel container and hermetic glass to metal sealing. Typical application includes alarms and security systems, GPS, metering systems, memory back up, tracking system and GSM communication.
